[Personal] Voice, Disposition.
The Sign by Thomas De Wesselow
I am still ongoing reading the above book after a month plus it has been corraled in my room. I remember when I first bought it along with another non-fiction book, Ugly by Constance Briscoe, I thought I had bought a wrong book. Apparently The Sign was under the fiction section but a week later it was at the non-fiction section.
I felt curious. I went back home, searched on the web and found out that this book IS a non-fiction book. *relieves* (i have the heart of reading non-fiction books. not pretty much interested on fictions :p)
My darling Ash will soon turn 22 in just a few days time. I still could not believe that he is a year older than me (he looks way beyond his age, in a good way of course!) and the saddest part is I won’t be seeing him blowing candles on his blissful day. Yes, we have never met before and we communicate only through current social applications.
Third day in the office, I am wearing my blue-leopard blouse, which I used to wear in Shahridzuan’s Be My Girl Tonight MV and talking about Shahridzuan, the music video will be released in just a few days time! All you gotta do is WAIT!
Since I have my name in MediaCorp Suria, I was hoping I could help Variety in their upcoming Syawal program. I would prefer studio jobs to be exact.
Readers, do read this article as it is about Alzheimer.
No, seriously I miss Ash and we were talking about religion and stuffs a few hours ago, on the phone (obviously). He asked me questions which, I literally scared to answer but those answers were the answers he was expecting me to say. Strangely, I was talking nonsense before we touched on about Malay Christian and such.
Oh yes five more minutes to 5AM! Three hours left and then I could go back and rehearse Give My All. Totally forgot that I have a recording to do this Saturday *le sigh*.
[Personal] Twilight.

HI I AM YIKA-CHAN. Okay, slap me please.
Second night. No, not the above image. Yes, lavatory is the best place to snap photos, except for toilet in Pavilion at Kuala Lumpur. (random).
No matter how thick my clothes are, this office will forever be cold and chill. Totally love my new job and even so I am working at the twilight hour, it makes me feel relax. And I don’t really have to wear formal and that is the best part, to be honest.
Not sure whether I could attend Brenda’s sons’ birthday party on June the 16th. Apparently my schedule is fixed for June. Let us hope I could make it on time. Mean while, I am waiting for ScreenBox’s offer for F&N. And the shooting starts next week.
* I know we are yet to declare but I just can’t believe we have been loving each other for almost half a year. Totally love you sayang!
[Personal] Three & First Night.

Me and Kim at Jalan Besar Stadium
Sunday 27.05.2012 Met up with cousins (Nina and Kim), had lunch at Streats Hong Kong Cafe and watched First XI vs S. League All Stars at Jalan Besar Stadium. S. League scored 1 - 0, I finally met Rossa, Gurmit Singh and Jean Danker (happy girl).
[Current] It is 0442hours and I am still in the office, waiting 0800hours to arrive. A big congratulations to all NS boys who have ORD-ed yesterday.Ash’s birthday is just around the corner and I am yet to rehearse/memorize Give My All (Eyes Set to Kill, not Mariah Carey). I am about to finish Henry IV Part I and II by William Shakespeare. Apparently I finished reading and understanding The Plays of Oscar Wilde in less than six days. Before that, Ugly by Constance Briscoe in almost a week. Anyway, I bought another two books at NorthPoint (sorry mom but these two books caught my attention).

A Night To Remember, Walter Lord

The Doctors, 5 Minutes
I am yet to touch on The Sign by Thomas De Wesselow. But soon enough I will. Just that I have to focus on literature now *yawns*.
Three more hours to go! First day at my new work place, pretty scary if you are working in a big building. But hey! I love this place, because this is where I belong to. Finally I am settled in a local broadsheet company. No worries, I do still act for TV & stage and assisting producer(s) (some sort like a floor manager). Productions and event companies, you can still drop me an email for any freelance work. Pay is negotiable. :)
Tunas Berseni 2012

Tunas Berseni 2012 at The Warehouse, *Scape
Thank you Adel and team Sri Warisan for giving me an opportunity to help and be a part of their team on last Saturday (May 19th 2012) for Tunas Berseni 2012. It was a pleasure for me to help and meet you all personally and witnessed all beautiful dances from Telok Blangah dance to Puteri Gunung Ledang act. Kudos!

sneak preview, taken by using my htc phone camera.
That is Adel, giving the angklung cues to his students. I was there as a crew, okay more likely like a floor manager (I thought so). My partner Shah gave me words and it was nice working with him. Despite having a tiring night (Friday 18th May) but I managed to pull myself with the show. I witnessed the terror in kids but come on, everyone went through stage fright when they were young, did not they?
The Telok Blangah dance, Tudung Saji and Dikir Totet performances totally made me miss my old life when I was young. I used to take part in stage act and traditional dance when I was little and despite of my busy life especially in the media industry as a web uploader (or known as tv mobile apps designer), I have never neglected my passion in acting. In fact, I am still doing freelance act for commercials, music video(s) and tv drama(s).
I was so happy I got to meet Hatta Said but was a bit shy to snap photos with him because he is a known man. He is quite tall aye. I, forever will never grow tall t(-.-t)
Congratulations to all young and adult dancers, you guys have really made us, the Nusantara proud. I am pretty much feel fess that there are a few of you who really love our culture so much and stand for what I call “perennial the Nusantara culture”. Sri Warisan, congratulations. I hope I would get to work with you again in the future.
[Personal] Tickets.

First XI tickets. Thanks Raudaa!
I am yet to enter office until 28th May. Anyway, went to my old workplace MediaCorp to collect my tickets at the reception. Happy girl, got my First XI tickets and as I was asking for my Anugerah V passes, the receptionist couldn’t find.
Waited for almost 3 hours, finally my boss returned my call. Things got worst, could not find the passes and as Kak Z was walking by, she told me if no passes are found, I can just simply enter the auditorium without the passes. Just have to the GRO et citera, baaaam! Tomorrow I shall enter like a VIP ;)
I miss you, you and you. I miss all. I miss us.
[Personal] Cut & Secrets.
If I cannot cry and sob, then what can I do to let my pain out? I don’t want to have anything that related to cuts with me anymore. I have had enough. I have forgotten how cut feels when one scar appears and never go away. It remains there, with me, like a tattoo somehow.
I know there is something bothering you. Well at least let it out, I will listen to you. Have I not listened to you before this? But just please, don’t put me in the state of wondering. xoxo
